Community Outreach/Advocacy Services

Outreach Services is designed to provide support services for individuals or families who are not being currently served by other services within our agency.

Working with a number of county and municipal agencies as well as private organizations, Community Outreach assists those with a wide range of developmental and degenerative disabilities and life-changing injuries. An Outreach Specialists may provide:

  • Information and Referral
  • Advocacy Assistance and Guidance
  • Assistance in obtaining financial resources
  • Arrangement for services
  • Other support services as may be needed by individuals or families

Children and adults throughout Northeastern Wisconsin who have disabilities are eligible for services. There is no fee for services.

Cerebral Palsy, Inc.'s Outreach Specialists also provide community education regarding disability issues and servcies at Cerebral Palsy, Inc.
