26th Annual CP-Humana Golf Classic
Thornberry Creek at Oneida

Reserve your foursome a spot in our event today! Our enthusiastic committee has created a distinctive Golf Classic, where leaders from various industries (ranging from insurance to manufacturing ... and everything in between) come together to support an important mission. The event includes professional tournament services, challenging golf on a beautifully-maintained course, and an overall rewarding day.

$150 per golfer / $600 per foursome

Registration includes 18 holes on a power cart, gifts of appreciation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, drink tickets, hole events, and an engaging experience. There will be opportunities to enter to win fun-filled raffles with grand prizes and bid on unique sports items in the silent and oral auctions.

Access Methods Seminar

Through hands on experience, demonstration and video example participants explore eye gaze technology, infrared sensing (headtracking), joystick and alternative mouse control, touch access, single and multiple switch control for AAC devices.

Clinical and practical assessment considerations are discussed across the access methods. Implications for teaching and common adjustments to increase effectiveness. The relationship between motor actions and language learning is reviewed in context and how someone with physical or multiple disabilities becomes an effective, proficient communicator with AAC.
