Services are center-based and may include physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy.
REFERRALS: Sources of referral may include physician, parents, county Birth to 3 coordinators, city and county nurses, and other community resources. A written physician prescription is required before the child can be evaluated and participate in the program. The frequency and type of therapy varies depending on each child's needs.

Fees for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy are billed by the agency to insurance, HMO's, private payee, or Medical Assistance. Therapy rates will vary depending upon the services rendered. Prior authorization for services must be received prior to initiation of therapy services. In the event that reimbursement sources deny services, therapy is the option of the private payee. Families who may need financial help due to limited resources may request assistance. Cerebral Palsy, Inc. has limited funds available to provide a reduced treatment fee for therapy services. Eligibility will be determined based on need in relation to the agency's income eligibility guidelines.
