CP offers a wide breadth of services. Our four main program areas detail specific services, programming available and more:

Adult Day Services
Creative, diverse programming that provides functional skills training to adults with physical and developmental disabilities. Programs are designed to engage each person to reach their personal goals and maximize their independence. Adult Day Services has locations in Green Bay, Fox Cities and on the Lakeshore.

Therapy Services
Includes pediatric occupational, physical and speech therapy services for children at risk for developmental delays, with developmental disabilities or needing medical-based therapy. Services are available for children ages birth to 18.

The Aquatic Center at CP
Jump into our warm water pools! We offer a variety of classes and individualized instruction that focus on fitness, joint health and being comfortable in the water. Specialized exercise classes are also offered. We are open to the public, no membership is required.

Common Paths Early Education & Care
Inclusive childcare for children with and without special needs for children ages six weeks to seven years. NAEYC accredited.

CP is an independent, locally funded 501(c)(3) non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. All of the money raised by our organization stays local to assist people in Northeast Wisconsin. Visit the Ways to Support page to learn how you can make a difference
